01Registration & Eligibility Criteria

Opening an account on SpinWheel requires meeting a few basic eligibility criteria — all of which are in place to protect our players.

Age requirement

SpinWheel is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Account registration by minors is strictly prohibited. If anyone registers using a false age and this is later verified, the account will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.

One person, one account

Only one account is permitted per person. If the same individual creates multiple accounts — using the same name, address, phone number, payment method, or IP address — all accounts will be closed and all balances forfeited.

• Providing accurate and truthful information at the time of registration is mandatory.
• NID, passport, or driving licence are accepted as valid proof of identity.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳5,000 will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.

02Account Responsibility & Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your SpinWheel account. Never share your login credentials — username or password — with anyone.

Any changes to account details — such as mobile number, email address, or payment method — will require identity re-verification. This is essential for your account's security.

03Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Ensuring all financial transactions on SpinWheel are secure and processed on time is our top priority.

Important withdrawal conditions

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals above ৳5,000 will be held until KYC verification is complete.
• Bonus funds are not eligible for withdrawal until wagering requirements have been met.
• SpinWheel may request additional verification for any transaction deemed suspicious.

04Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonus offers on SpinWheel are subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before claiming any bonus.

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit. To withdraw the bonus amount, you must wager the combined total of the bonus and your original deposit at least 20 times.

Free Spins

Winnings from free spins are generally eligible for withdrawal subject to a minimum 5x wagering requirement. Each free spins offer is valid for 7 days. Any unused bonus will expire after this period.

General Bonus Rules

• The maximum withdrawal limit for bonus funds is stated separately for each offer.
• To qualify for a referral bonus, the referred friend must complete their first deposit.
• Cashback bonuses are directly withdrawable, though terms apply.
• Accounts may be temporarily suspended if there is a credible allegation of bonus abuse, pending investigation.

05Betting Rules

There are a few general rules that apply when placing bets on SpinWheel.

• Bets cannot be withdrawn once placed, though you may use the Cash Out feature if it is available.
• Bets will be settled only after the match or game result has been confirmed through official sources.
• If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, your stake will be refunded.
• Pre-match bets may be voided if a match kicks off before its scheduled start time.
• SpinWheel reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.

06Prohibited Activities

Any involvement in the activities listed below will result in account closure and balance forfeiture.

07Account Closure & Suspension

An account may be closed in two ways — at the player's own request, or at SpinWheel's discretion.

Voluntary account closure

You may request account closure at any time. Any pending withdrawals at the time of the request will be processed first, after which the account will be closed. To reopen a closed account, contact support and complete identity verification again.

Closure Initiated by SpinWheel

SpinWheel reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account due to rule violations, suspicious activity, or failure to complete KYC verification. The reason for closure will be communicated via email.

08Limitation of liability

SpinWheel is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues, third-party server downtime, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, any bets affected under such circumstances will be settled as fairly as possible.

• Losses resulting from internet disconnection are beyond SpinWheel's control.
• For server issues caused by third-party game providers, SpinWheel will provide all reasonable assistance.
• Services may be disrupted in force majeure events such as natural disasters or cyberattacks.

09Dispute resolution

If you have a complaint regarding a bet, payment, or account matter, please email support@spinwheel.onl first. The support team will respond within 48 hours.

If a matter is not resolved via email, you may escalate it to the senior review team. The appeal decision will be considered final.

10Terms Update Policy

SpinWheel reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, notice will be sent to your registered email or posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
